This Sunday many people would have been going to the Cenotaph or a church memorial service for Remembrance Day. We mark Remembrance Sunday every year in Bethel in honour of all who have endured much and even given their lives to win and maintain our freedom. Obviously, that’s something that isn’t happening in the usual way for most of us this year.

For those who would appreciate access to a ‘virtual’ Remembrance Service Bethel our video this week will be a short, 40 minute service on our Facebook page (@Bethelbedwas) and on our Youtube channel. The video is timed so that if you begin watching at 10.45, then The Last Post and a 2 minute silence will take place at 11am, including photos of the BTM Cenotaph outside our Council Offices.

Of course, the video can be watched any time after that too. For anyone who would like to find out more or to watch the video on Sunday, just go to our church FB or Youtube channel.

The video will appear from 10.30am on our Media page and on Youtube and our Facebook page. With so much pain and uncertainty in our lives this year, I hope this will be an encouragement and comfort to some as they take time to reflect and remember.

We Will Remember Them.
